For the glitter and sparkle powders, do you cure the second color coat, then do the glitter, then the top coat and cure? I’m confused about the order of when you use the sparkles! In the video it looks like you do the top coat, cute, glitter, and then another top coat, cure. I have the green flash products, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
