I think many of you are victim of over consumerism, christmas isn’t about the amount you spend or how much you get especially when it is out of your budget. You did great ! if your children have clothes, food & love gifts on christmas isn’t a requirement company’s have made it that way.

for all of the people shaming her - i was the kid who got like 20 presents for christmas as a kid. when i hit my teens and the gifts started getting more expensive and smaller in quantity id always feel so disappointed and not appreciate what i actually got. im 21 now and it took me a while to relearn the importance of christmas and im thankful that my parents were able to give us amazing christmas’s but honestly shes doing amazing and this will teach her children to appreciate more 🤷♀️just my view
