As a lawyer I have done so many lawsuits against uneducated cops . Some get fired and move to another state and get a new job as a cop .

this might be an unpopular take but I think when a police officer intentionally lies about a right or a crime that they committed they should be never allowed to be a cop again and fired

Appears to me that he's in a public location being filmed by people also in a public location. Officer or not, he's got no expectation of privacy.
