people talking about the gen 1 viper calling it a deathtrap purposely conveniently forgetting the term "skill-issue". journalists said it was a death trap because some rich kids crashed theirs in california. the car isn't unsafe, when people would downshift because it had so much torque it would lock up the rear tires. this is remedied by actually knowing how to drive. revmatching your gears is important when you're driving something with 460 lb ft torque and 400 horsepower. in the 90s most people didnt have access to cars with this amount of power for this price range. again, if you crash one of these you belong behind the wheel of a priest.
