I had a septoplasty almost exactly a year ago, cool results initially but the effects are almost fully reversed. If your nose is actually the issue just get a full on nose job, but the lefort will definitely help, you could also look into adult palate expansion

Dawg I had a turbinate reduction and sinuplasty in 2022 and I hate to say it but it seems the results only lasted a year or so

You don’t need a tonsillectomy if you get double jaw surgery. The tonsils will move forward and you can keep the tonsils for their purpose, which is good for your immune system

Could i have some advice bro. i got tonsil crypts on one side+inflamation. for years. also what would u say i can do about my palate/bite? i’ve had premolars extracted. but my bite is off and my tongue is too big for my palate. i’ll put pictures below
