Those aren’t dead skin cells, it’s a specific type of exfoliant (gommage exfoliant) that coagulates when in contact with dirt, powder and other things, it does remove dead skin cells but those things on her face aren’t her skin cell.

It’s really helping me get rid of the closed comedones, but I don’t know how often to use it or when to use it. At night or in the morning? I have the same question about the Purito Panthenol Cream.
