the first year without my gf... I used to spend every single holiday, (Valentine's, Xmas, etc) with her.. bring her flowers, gifts, everything.. and then they pulled the plug.. she had a small tumor left, and they pulled it. why?

My Grandad died 2021 Christmas day and he was the only one to have a connection with the whole family. Since then, Christmas hasn’t felt the same and some people are bitter
