So it’s guilty until proven otherwise innocent in the officer’s eyes? Presenting a valid ID that was confirmed legit is enough evidence that he was who he said he was. And the officer lied, the report said 99.9% match with the AI software, not 100%. The .1% is there because of the margin of error. But clearly the AI software wasn’t any good if it couldn’t differentiate the two people.

I'm so glad the dude got paid by the casino AND is suing the cop. Hopefully he sues the ai company next.
