This particular video is ai, but there is a tree that does this!! it doesn’t move like that though and is much smaller- it slides around very very slowly (like 2-4 centimeters a day) by growing new roots in the desired direction, shifting towards them, and then killing of the roots in the old area as it moves further away. I don’t remember the name of it, but if you look up “walking tree” i’m sure you’ll be able to find more info on it!
