I know some of y’all are saying red is still anger. I really disagree. You’re probably not gonna like my thoughts on this, lol. When I visualize anger, to me it looks like the unexpected white spark you see when you unplug an electronic too quickly from the wall. Red is a deeply present and grounded color tho strong. But a flash of white light feels more true to anger for me, at least with how I experience emotions, because it’s a moment where you’re almost out of body and disconnected from your humanity momentarily, since anger is your body’s system of self-defense. It’s like a cutting, white, blinding thing that overwhelms the senses. It’s zappy. Red is just entirely too warm to be that.
