Im so thankful to ur videos i was diagnosed in 2024 was hospitalized for two weeks and this is the worse pan i felt in my life , i haven't been faithful to my gastritis diet and i been in pain for two days now and came across ur videos on treatment and what to eat and what to do im so greatful i found u bless u❤

I just had my first endoscopy yesterday. Gastritis and it’s probably from the ibuprofen when I hurt my back. I took with a full meal . They took biopsy to make sure there is no h pylori . I did a breath test a while back but it was negative. I had 2 gastritis attacks and it’s the most scariest feeling. The anxiety attacks, the heart palpitations, I couldn’t even go to sleep laying flat for like 2 months. Had to sleep propped up, bloating. GI first suspected gerd . For a while now I won’t eat after 5pm (which has helped tremendously) also minimized acidic foods and spicy (which I love so much) but noticed I haven’t had an attack since march. So I’ve had this for a few months and now that I know what I have, I can continue what I’m doing and adding thing to help heal because I read it can take a long time to fully heal.

this is exactly where am getting the pain left upper abdomen but my sadness is that it gives me hot wave and chill and drug intolerance, pls I need help cos am loosing lots of weight . endoscopy result is antral gastriitis
