@gingerglowguide: I damaged both the frame and the wall by applying a 3M Velcro hook to paper that was on the back of my frame. Typically, I love a good 3M velcro hook, but If you have paper on the back of your frame, those 3M hooks don’t stick very well. The painting came crashing down onto the floor and so I knew I needed a different solution.
