Does he like mashed potatoes? I regularly add parsnips to mine because you can't taste the difference! You can also put them in stew or soup and they just taste like potatoes!

Reminds me of what my grandfather used to do with parsnips.. he used to make parsnip chips and cook them with potato chips 😂 he conned us doing that but we ate them!

My husband makes me parsnip Toasties, basically parsnip hash browns! Highly recommend if not for the kids than for you, he also does a French onion dip for it which is to die for
