Tylenol for the chills, for the nasal drip take a cold and sinus pill. Also use an allergy nose spray, and just a regular nose spray. Was just at the pharmacy, and this is what the pharmacist told me. Did it as soon as I got home, and I feel better already.

They have this natural supplement I think it is but it’s elderberry and they make kids stuff with it but I helps boost the immune system so it will help the kiddos not get sick on top of it! It was recommended to me I’m the ER one year when I brought in my partner ☺

My husband got the flu and it was horrible. It lasted 3 days for him. It was bad🙏❤ hope she feels better. Make sure she is hydrated. Pedialyte, gatorade or powdered electrolytes in a container it’s by the pharmacy stuff. but keeping her hydrated is the key because if she doesn’t stay hydrated, she can get really dehydrated and it just makes it worse.

Straight horrible😭 this is actually the first time I have not been sick on Christmas and thank God the flu I had finally went away! Prayers she feels better and gets to enjoy Christmas 🙏🏻
