I feel like it makes sense for Zeus to be black but it also calls into question all of his demigod children, because if nothing else Jason Grace is a canonically very white young man, literally pale skin, blue eyes, blonde hair, so does that mean that Jupiter is white while Zeus is black? or do his children take almost entirely after the genetics of their parents?? although questioning that if they do take off they're the genetics of their parents, how the fck is Talia black if Jason's is canonically painfully white? they share a mom... Just now finding out Zeus is black in the show and I’m so confused😭 Not that there weren’t black people in Ancient Greece, moreso that Zeus is like a mega rapist and this feels strange💀💀💀 also Zues is the king of the gods, I don’t really understand why he wouldn’t be the most Greek looking mf there😭 AGAIN TBC I like black people a lot and am well aware they were in Greece, they just weren’t in places of power, so it feels weird having a black man be the most powerful greek guy😪
