You have to force urself to drink ice water and eat rlly cold popcicles, this was the worst pain I ever felt and I ended up bleeding bc of spitting. U have to numb ur throat up and drink so the scabs don’t get dry and crack and start to bleed

Yea I spit in a cup till day 9 didn’t eat normally till 21 days post op
