that's because many many people wash their clothes on cold , hot is around 60° c hot , in Germany most machines have cold to 95°c

Towels go separately on 95°Ｃ, normal clothes go 60 °Ｃ, underwear 95°Ｃ and make sure to deep clean your washing machine minimum once a month 👀

1 Wrong detergent use a powder detergent for withes 2 low temperature use the hottest temperature wich possible is on your machine 3 wrong Programm use normal or heavy duty that’s all your welcome
