I feel like the prank needs to be elaborated on further. them freaking out at the end/the other coworker needing therapy tells me it's definitely worse than what she's making it sound like, but I don't think a simple baby voice would have me or most people going to HR. I'm not saying she is wrong at all given the results, I just think more context would be helpful
