I won’t pretend to understand, aerodynamics and lift, and what not. The simple fact that that plane was gliding for 13 minutes. I’d have to admit that’s impressive.

I have heard this story and truly do believe it. I would like to ask for assistance in finding the story of a Colombian company named LAC who also flew over a volcano which erupted back in 1985. One of the crew was my father.
