It's also cause it's a rasterized image, not vector based. It'll eventually get blurry.

It could be from the canvas size, make sure it’s not too small otherwise it’ll be like that

so uhh, you see this button when you select a layer to move right?
well click on it so you see those 6 options, so uhh im guessing you might have chosen either Nearest Neighbour, either Color average, which pixalizates your art when you deform your drawing(adjust, rotatr etc) and when you uhh choose Lanczos 2 and Lanczos 3, well it works like the unsharp mask effect which is seen on many editing apps, it sharpens the edges of your art making it sorta look high quality, and lastly, Bilinear is the default option and automatically chosen when first having Ibis Paint

Ibis paint is like that unfortunately 💔 but theres a setting you can change it instead of being pixely when you zoom in it can be blurred, it should be an option with one of the buttons at the top
