one of my tios lived there and he only lasted 3 months before he moved places cuz apparently he saw figures moving at night his dog kept barking he couldn't sleep and when he went outside to check what's what happening he apparently saw a girl and all black just staring at him and he went back inside grabbed his shotgun like a true Mexican and he shined and apparently she just disappeared she wasn't there so he told us about the story and he was starting to think the place was actually haunted cuz he never believed in the supernatural so when we had a family gathering he told us about the the story and he started booking new places to live for while he founded a new place to live and apparently when he came back from the family reunion his dog was dead so he definitely moved
