speaking from experience FedEx will NOT come back. they delivered someone's package to my house and after an act of congress getting through to them, they promised it would be picked up in 3 days. I ended up having to find a package store to drop it off

As someone who has to have important medication delivered thank you. Missing one dose of the medicine by a few days can send me in to a flare that last weeks and could possibly lead to the medication not working anymore.

I’m telling you, FedEx is the absolute worst company to send packages through! By the time they get to you, the package is destroyed! They need to do better!

im a road supervisor if you know where the facility or hub of the fedex is can drive or contact them. my drivers get a coaching on about checking there back doors. sorry that happen
