I agree. My son wasn’t reading up to level. My children drove from California to Florida one summer. My daughter worked with him on the trip. His reading skyrocketed!

Parents, phonics is very important. I am saying this from my own exoerience. When Govt stopped teaching phonics my kids struggled reading. I did what I could at home but each child comprehends differently.
