@joursamedi: #TikTokCreatorSearchInsightsIncentive Today, my friends and I are sharing how we make accras, a traditional and iconic dish from the Caribbean 🌴 Accras have their roots in West Africa, where fritters made from fish or legumes were already part of everyday cooking. Through history and transatlantic exchanges, this recipe crossed the ocean and evolved in the Caribbean, especially in Guadeloupe and Martinique. Saltfish accras became a symbol of Caribbean cuisine — a dish of sharing, celebration, and cultural transmission, often enjoyed during family gatherings and special moments. Through this video, we’re keeping this tradition alive by sharing our recipe, our technique, and our love for this flavorful dish 🔥. #haitianfood #acra #caribbeanfood #AfricanFood
