Soooo I found these and I’m a real person - for the last year I have used these and they’ve improved my eyesight. I was a -6.75 and I’m a -3.50 in my left and -5.00 in my right and prob bc I am a left side sleeper. Seriously - these work for so many reasons. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

When you take off the mask you should gently rub your eyes to bring out the oils.
