@josefinebakf: When 👇🏽 1️⃣ My focus was on what I find beautiful not what society tells you to aim for. I paid attention to what I liked seeing in the mirror, not some number on the scale. 2️⃣ Tone over extreme weight goals, my goal wasn’t to be the strongest or lift the heaviest, it was to feel confident and comfortable in my body. 3️⃣ Enjoy the process.. if you don’t like what you’re doing, it’s hard to stay consistent. I chose movements and routines that I actually enjoyed. 4️⃣ Prioritize rest and recovery + getting enough sleep and letting my body recover was a total game changer. Performance, mood, and results all improved. 5️⃣ Celebrate small wins instead of focusing on big milestones, I noticed the little changes: feeling stronger, looking more toned, moving more freely. Fitness isn’t about perfection, it’s about creating a lifestyle that makes you feel good, confident, and strong, inside and out 💗
