I purchased a translator earbud worth 11,000 THB (#60232), but this company committed shipping fraud by under-declaring the package value as only $20-30 (800 THB) on the customs invoice without my consent. Because of their illegal practice, Thailand Customs flagged and confiscated my package. Once they have your money, they will completely abandon you and ignore your problems. When I contacted Timekettle for help, they went completely silent and ignored my emails. They hide unfair return policies deep inside their website to trap customers when things go wrong due to their own mistakes. Do not buy from this company unless you want your money stolen and your package stuck at customs because of their illegal shipping methods. They only care about taking your money, and they will dump you the minute you pay. Worst experience ever!"
