I bought two of these pillows, one for my husband who had been complaining about his neck hurting and he tosses and turns all night so much he messes up the fitted sheet. Also one for my self, I've been having neck and shoulder pain and I'm a side sleeper (mostly my left side). These pillows have been amazing the past few night's that we've slept on them. My husband hasn't been tossing and turning and says his neck hasn't been hurting since he's been sleeping on the pillow. My neck and shoulder hasn't been hurting me when I sleep and I can actually get some rest.

This pillow was okay .. I sleep on my stomach and put my hand under my pillow. I don’t use the sides so it didn’t really help me.
