(spoilers) i love xiyao so much. i dont understand how people can ship xicheng when xiyao quite literally exists. i get that maybe because of jgy's evil doings, people might think it isnt proper to ship xiyao but in fact its BECAUSE of his evil doings that his exception for lxc makes their rlsp all the more meaningful. the way they spent their time together in the past with jgy helping lxc is the reason why lxc was willing to die with jgy. if lxc had to choose between justice and jgy, he chose both, choosing to kill jgy for peace but also choosing to kill himself so he can pass with jgy. jgy refused to let lxc die, so in the end, willingly killed himself. u can tell by the scenes that lxc was definitely grieving jgy as an old friend. u cannot tell me xiyao isnt canon. no hate to xicheng, just saying that i dont understand it.
