Not all cops are bad. They're out there to do the job to serve and protect, but there are ones like this one here. I do agree with everybody else. He was in the wrong. The man gave him his Driver's license. He should've went and ran it. He should've took out his tester, tested the tent if he needed to take a game a ticket and send him on his way. The officer decided to grabbing him out of the car instead , which was wrong.
