@iamshawnnichols: I have learned to read the room. I have always played the wall not bc I’m a wallflower. It’s just the easiest vantage point to size up the entire room. I find social media depressing and frustrating and annoying at this point. I’m not talking about the acquaintances I forged a bond with over the spring and summer and fall. But, now it’s winter and I am a November baby. And to be true to myself…. Is the only thing I can be !!

Not bc I want to be someone I ain’t. It’s watching others metaphorically drown from trying to keep up with their “fake it until you make it personas” in the middle of 💩 got really real 2025. My heart says help, my wisdom knows better. It used to be a dilemma. Then both of my therapists fired earlier this year letting me know therapy was never supposed to be a lifetime of sessions… I am learning to Lead with logic, emotions change quicker than the weather changes. Always lead with logic. ♠️🤍🩸
