heres the java tutorial, you have to join your server and execute the following command " /scoreboard objectives add deaths deathCount " . after executing this, place 2 command blocks next to each other. the first command block will have "always active" and "repeating" active. the command for the first command block is " execute as @a[scores={deaths=1..}] at @s run playsound minecraft:entity.wither.spawn master @a ~ ~ ~ 1 1 " . after you're done with the first block, move to the next one and enable "chain" and "always active", then put in the command " scoreboard players set @a[scores={deaths=1..}] deaths 0 " and thats it. you can change the kill sound by configuring the first command block.
