I’m not really sure how you managed to do that but when you get it off for the future, the little light gray part on the ring has to line up with the blue light on your charger! Good luck bestie

I’ve had mine for 2 years and it gets stuck on the charger literally every time I charge it. 😂 I use tweezers lodged under the ring to pop it off 🤷♀️
