I agree. And a lot of times an avoidant person (if they like you) will show a lot more attention in the beginning. Then drop off, which leads to confusion & anxiety in a person who has an anxious attachment style.

my ADHD makes me disorganized but technically, I'm secure. you can have a mixed attachment style and not be disorganized. Disorganized is created by inconsistent care giving and trauma.

I’m not anxious I just text people like I was having a face-to-face conversation. I wouldn’t walk up to your face. Have you asked me a question? And then I take four hours to reply? I reply straight away texting is the same. If you text me and ask me a question. I’m replying as soon as I pick up my phone. That’s being a respectful human?
