Berliner Dom — Museum Island Berlin’s grand cathedral with a striking aesthetic, known for its ornate interior and beautiful views if you climb to the top. Neues Museum — Museum Island Home to world-famous artifacts like the bust of Nefertiti, blending ancient history with modern architecture restored after WWII. Bebelplatz — Mitte A quiet, powerful square marked by the underground memorial to the 1933 Nazi book burnings — subtle, reflective, and deeply moving. Christmas Market — Gendarmenmarkt One of Berlin’s most elegant markets, surrounded by historic buildings and glowing lights, perfect for mulled wine and festive vibes (seasonal). The apple cider was top tier. Trabi World / Checkpoint Charlie Trabi world hosts famous east Berlin cars specific to this half of the city. There is an option for self-driving group tours where you can take the cars for spin while on a tour of East Berlin Checkpoint Charlie is the most famous Cold War border crossing, symbolizing the division between East and West Berlin during the Cold War era. Holocaust Memorial — Berlin-Mitte A vast field of concrete slabs designed to evoke disorientation and reflection, honoring the memory of millions of Jewish victims. Brandenburg Gate — Pariser Platz Berlin’s most iconic landmark and a symbol of unity, freedom, and the city’s complex history — especially striking at sunset. Rüyam Gemüse Kebap — Schönhauser Allee 44A Legendary Berlin street food spot serving one of the city’s best döner kebabs. I ordered the traditional döner kebab and fries - absolutely ate. 💿 Tresor — Mitte district A legendary techno club set in a former power plant, and underground — perfect for a first time experience of Berlin’s iconic techno culture.
