My nervous system was so disregulatwd for so long that it caused me severe PTSD and now a full blown autoimmune disease. The Lord has caused me to heal in the last couple of years, constant prayers, breakdowns, release of control. It’s been a slow painful process

For every traumatic episode it takes the body up to 8 months to get out f flight mode. He gives his beloved rest.. Moving to a place of surrender. We have died and our lives are hidden in Christ.

It wasn’t that, the Jews were tied to their religion, they were tied to Jerusalem and its government. They needed to deny that part of themselves in order to understand that they are going to experience a terrible tribulation and the end of the world as they knew it. They had to deny that part of themselves believing God was going to come out and save Jerusalem from the invading army of Rome and zealous militia armies. To save themselves was to deny that prophecy and run away to the mountains for salvation.

Wowwww! Because God didn’t create us to operate in survival mode our entire life and when we are in survival mode we can’t thrive and live the life God tells about living life more abundantly.

YAHUAH told me this as well, i bought a weighted/ heated blanket and lay under it a minimum 20 minutes. It weighs 13lbs, feels like someone is hugging you.
