I had a similar situation for a wedding I was set to officiate: Groom was coming into marriage with $400M+ trust fund, and wanted a prenup where bride would get absolutely nothing in case of breakup. Bride was fine with a prenup that would give her basic benefits (as if she was marrying someone without that kind of money) but was concerned about how the more extreme prenup could leave her and future offspring vulnerable. Ultimately after 10+ years together, they broke off the engagement over this

I think she did the right thing. He obviously does not believe he has any financial responsibility to her long term. I mean nothing at a break up seems unreasonable. Feels transactional. probably best for both.
