When you stir a pot the cream comes to the top and crap at the bottom. Top 8.1 Deere, 456 Genesis Ford, bottom there’s lots of ties. 2010 Deere tractor engine, All Perkins, all V8s, all 2 stroke Detroits,

Dt 414-466 still being used to this day after 50 plus years never owned a 903 Cummins but I have never heard a good thing about them

Worst Case 2670. 504 cubic inche. If you worked had had 1500 hour life. Best any thing with a 1999 or earlier 8.3 Cummins

in my experience worst was the 262 buda diesel in the allis d17/d19, best in my shed is the IH 414 in my 1066. Just my opinion 🤷

my worst is the iveco 12.9, low torque, problematic engine harnesses and fuel system. my best is the cummins QSX/N14/855's, I know I put 3 but they didn't change much threw the years and they were in a lot of applications and repowers!
