I am a landlord and although I don't take things apart, I do clean EVERY surface including light fixtures, blinds, windows, beneath and behind appliances, baseboards, etc. I have a 4 page typed checklist of how it was cleaned before move in and the same checklist is what I expect for move out. I also install new locks and toilet seats each time a tenant is about to move in.
