Don’t be to fixated or distracted on changing the gears or stalling. The car will tell by the sound or shaking/jerking on what you need to do. Noisy engine noise either means you need to gear up or reduce gas slowly. Engine / car jerking means going to stall, quickly clutch in to down shift or clutch in (gear 1) and get to biting point and play around the biting point if in circuit. If on road just clutch in get to biting point then give it gas and release clutch to move off. Good luck 👍

Try to as what rest said to take it as usual lesson so you are less stressed. Feel should have remedial before exam. My friend did that and passed 2nd try
