Exactly this. But it wasn’t really like I was witnessing this. It was more like I felt it inside of me. This feeling of expanding and shrinking. I felt like a particle that could be easily manipulated

Mine was like a grid and then like a square or a circle was chasing me and it was very fast it was so weird everything seemed so far but close and like everytime it got closer there was this noise that just sounded kind of like my mom arguing/yelling at me but i only had it when i was sick it was so weird but kind of relaxing

Mine was a big black ball in a white room it was small then got bigger then it turned small then it started orbiting like the moon and earth then it just started getting big and had a outline that was red and it started getting darker and darker till I woke up

i used to have a nightmare where my dad enslaved my mom in a hamster wheel and killed her and i had it every night for three days and when i got older i had it again where i killed my dad and it stopped

one time i had one and it felt so disassociating and horrible it was just a rectangle with a bunch of abstract lines and shapes squishes tg and a lot of black and white then when i woke up from it everything felt sped up. i felt so dissociated and felt like i had to snap back to reality somehow someway and while feeling like me and everything around me was sped up i walked around in attempts to come back to reality but it never rlly worked
