This does not happen in all hospitals. Some hospitals have the VIP section which is different from the general section. If you need express service, you go to the VIP clinic where you are charged higher for all the express services. In this way, you do not infringe on the time or others who could not afford express but came earlier. Nd I think that is the right thing to do. This isn't fair at all!!!
