@cs_phan: exercises details ⬇️ ⚪️ n°1: go from one side lunge to another and stay low during the transition (helps with your core as well) ⚪️ n°2: in front split (works also if you don't have full range), go from front to middle to front and stay as low as possible (keep the tension towards thr ground) ⚪️ n°3: in front split, put tension on the ground to lift yourself ⚪️ n°4: in side kick position, push the ground to go forward (max of your range) and use your standing leg hamstring to go back to the initial position #taekwondo #poomsae #yeopchagi #sidekick #flexibility
As a former taekwondo i want to achieve this kick but i broke that promise and move to another martial art which is wushu taolu same as taekwonod poomsae but my goal in wushu is to memorize the hardest routines and the weapon routines
