My wife and I have said this for 28 years now and have screamed and stomped at the school system to no avail. The government wants them to be stupid. Home school is the only way !!!

I am a retired teacher. Not all of us. I retired because I wasn’t ALLOWED to hold kids or parents accountable. They all wanted everything with NO effort. If you even mentioned there was an issue, parents were in the admin office complaining, AND I was in trouble. Like WTH!? Parents are just as much the issue. Yes. There are plenty of crappy liberal teachers. I was not one of them. 😊

True. My 9 year old grandson was telling me he was allowed to use a multiplication chart on tests too and calculators. I was shocked. He was telling me this because I was making him do his homework without these things. It’s crazy what they are NOT doing in the classroom these days!

Ever since the No Child Left Behind law we can’t teach life skills anymore! I burnt out from teaching 10 years ago because it was that bad even before “woke” stuff. She was likely taught, but wasn’t paying attention 😭
