The lobster meat was surprisingly fresh and naturally sweet, and the seasoning didn’t overpower the original flavor. Pricey, but worth trying. 9.2/10. ⭐️mix-and-match pot with spare ribs and prime ribs. The spare ribs are my favorite — fried first, then stir-fried, so they’re crispy and flavorful. The prime ribs were a little heavy on pepper and slightly out of balance. 8.8/10. ⭐️braised combo with braised beef and tendon. Dip it in their vinegar sauce — it really opens up your appetite. 9/10.
