@sean_ai_stories: Tech jobs will continue to shrink, but not in the way most people expect. What I’m seeing isn’t AI replacing good engineers. It’s teams getting smaller and the bar getting higher. AI compresses teams. It increases leverage for strong builders, and quietly removes roles that were already fragile. The work doesn’t disappear. The expectations change. This is one of the clearer shifts I’ve noticed heading into 2026. You can build anything. You can learn anything. 💪
