Lord, give me discernment 🙏🏽 My son is battling addiction to alcoholism. I have done everything I could to help him. It is draining. He asked for help a week ago. I told him "I've been, you don't listen." He hung up on me. He has not called me since then. Yes, he is draining my spirit. I'm heartbroken. I know I have to remain strong and stand my grounds and not help him. He's homeless and its cold outside. Breaks me even moreso. God is protecting me, and my son. I have faith in my Lord.🙏🏽 My son is healing.

sounds just like my husband to the T. he is divorcing me now because i tried to hold him accountable. i was too much for him.because i started to protect myself

Lord, give me discernment. Also get me away from the very person who is a fool. I pray for help when I keep hearing the negativity. She's my sister. She needs me for just about everything that crushes my spirit. I try to not agree or speak about what she says. Most of the time anything I try to help her with she doesn't believe. She's 1 2 and 3.
