![[English below] Mój ulubiony czas. 🥒Kocham przetwory. Marynowane ogórki curry. Obowiązkowe w tym roku. 🫠 Porcja: 6–7 słoików o pojemności 650 ml Składniki około 3 kg ogórków gruntowych, przekrojonych wzdłuż na 4 części 1500 ml wody 400 g octu 550 g cukru 2 łyżki soli 4 łyżki curry Do każdego słoika ⅓ łyżeczki gorczycy 1 plaster cebuli 1 liść selera naciowego 1 liść laurowy 4–6 ziaren pieprzu Przygotowanie Do garnka wlej wodę, dodaj ocet, curry, cukier i sól. Zagotuj całość, mieszając, aż cukier się rozpuści. Następnie odstaw zalewę do przestudzenia. Do dużego garnka wlej tyle wody, aby sięgała do około ⅓ wysokości słoików, i zagotuj. Słoiki oraz pokrywki wyparz we wrzątku. Do każdego słoika włóż cebulę, gorczycę, pieprz, seler naciowy i liść laurowy. Następnie wypełnij słoiki ogórkami i zalej przygotowaną zalewą. Smacznego! My favorite time of the year. 🥒 I love making preserves! These curry pickles are an absolute must this year. 🫠 Makes: 6–7 jars (650 ml each) Ingredients: • About 3 kg pickling cucumbers, cut lengthwise into quarters • 1,500 ml water • 400 g vinegar • 550 g sugar • 2 tbsp salt • 4 tbsp curry powder For each jar: • ⅓ tsp mustard seeds • 1 slice of onion • 1 celery leaf • 1 bay leaf • 4–6 peppercorns Method: Pour the water into a pot and add the vinegar, curry powder, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved. Set the brine aside to cool. Fill a large pot with enough water to reach about ⅓ of the way up the jars and bring it to a boil. Sterilize the jars and lids with boiling water. Place the onion, mustard seeds, peppercorns, celery leaf, and bay leaf into each jar. Pack the jars tightly with the cucumbers, then pour in the prepared brine. Screw the lids on tightly. Place a kitchen towel on the bottom of the pot, then put the jars in upside down, with the lids facing down. Process for about 4 minutes over medium heat. Remove the jars from the pot and leave them to cool completely, still upside down. The pickles are ready to eat after just 1–2 days. Enjoy! 🥒💚 #Recipe #pickle #ogórki #przetwory gotowanie](/video/cover/7683620216596712737.webp)
