best tip G breath through your nose. and only your nose. as soon as you have to breath through your mouth, your heart rate is too high. so slow back down a little until you can go back to nose breathing you can run forever doing this

Repetitions. Just keep doing it, you get better. You see it getting easier or your pace increasing. You still have shit days where it sucks, but you push through. It’s rewarding completing something hard, mental game

I had a heart attack and coma last year. Started a mile run and built it up. Now running 15miles with ease and for the London Marathon in April. Consistency is your key. Be consistent. Little by little and when your brain says stop DONT you can push through a little more each time 💪❤

did you think 235 was easy to lift when you first started in the gym? of course not. if you haven't ran since school your body isn't used to it. you have to train it like everything else bro. having the ability to jump in at 4km is a blessing. just get back out there tomorrow.
