I bought mine on Amazon and it’s true to size!!! And I’m 38DDD and DID NOT have to wear a bra…idk about it having a padded bra, it’s just compressed really good so it holds it all together 👌 I’m 220lbs and got XL, hope that helps

Mine did not come with a padded bra bought it in both orange and black still beautiful but I have to use my cakes so my girls aren’t poking through.
